Chemo Side Effects
Chemo has been good this week. The side effects are mostly fatigue and stomach issues. It hits at the most inconvenient times. There is no warning, and it is not really the same every time. This treatment had more stomach issues than last time. The fatigue was comparable, mostly in full force on Friday and Saturday. I did make it to the temple this week! My mom took me to get my Neulasta shot on Thursday (White Blood Cell booster) and we made a temple trip of it. I was discouraged at my struggle to stay awake during the session. I had a similar experience at the evening session of Stake Conference Saturday night. I was sitting front and center, so I was embarrassed by my inability to stay awake. I really hope I did not offend the speakers. I woke up to President Goodwin referencing my testimony.
